As\u00ed pues, explic\u00f3 que &quot;cada uno de nosotros puede potenciar sus rasgos diferenciales y crear una marca personal que aporte valor a la interacci\u00f3n con pacientes y clientes, adapt\u00e1ndola a su realidad para fidelizarlos mejor&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&quot;En farmacia lo m\u00e1s importante no es el lineal, el surtido o los descuentos. Lo m\u00e1s importante es tu marca personal&quot;<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3 Anna Fuster al inicio de su presentaci\u00f3n. La CEO de Two Poles contextualiz\u00f3 en qu\u00e9 punto se encuentra el sector farmac\u00e9utico. En este sentido, indic\u00f3 que <strong>en 2025, la cosm\u00e9tica y la perfumer\u00eda crecieron un 7,7%<\/strong> y superaron a los <strong>11.000 millones de euros de consumo interno<\/strong>. En cuanto al comercio electr\u00f3nico de belleza, revel\u00f3 que se prev\u00e9 que pase de un 21% del valor total al 26% en 2027. Y destac\u00f3 que los <strong>servicios de diagn\u00f3stico de la piel<\/strong>, que se ofrece a un 7% de las farmacias espa\u00f1olas, aumentan la confianza y lealtad del cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Marca personal y herramientas pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, Fuster comparti\u00f3 la <strong>f\u00f3rmula que mide la marca personal<\/strong>, la cual debe reflejar <strong>la suma de la experiencia, la credibilidad, la confianza, la capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n, el liderazgo, la inspiraci\u00f3n y la historia de cada uno<\/strong>. Para crear una marca personal potente es necesario que sea clara, coherente, con estilo propio y magnetismo y que genere confianza y credibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ello, la CEO de Two Poles hizo referencia a diferentes <strong>herramientas pr\u00e1cticas<\/strong>. En primer lugar, <strong>la estrategia digital<\/strong>, tener una estrategia con un objetivo y no \u201cpublicar para publicar\u201d. En segundo lugar, la <strong>biograf\u00eda<\/strong>, la <strong>\u201ctu tarjeta de presentaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s es necesario generar <strong>contenido que conecta<\/strong>, es decir, ciencia que emociona. Por eso la experiencia f\u00edsica y digital debe estar alineada&quot;<\/strong>, asegur\u00f3. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del mostrador, por <strong>fidelizar al usuario en el \u00e1mbito digital<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 que es \u00fatil hacer uso de la tecnolog\u00eda para acompa\u00f1ar a los pacientes, aprovechar los <em>lead magnetes<\/em> y mantener una comunicaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica. Todo ello con el objetivo de que el cliente se sienta acompa\u00f1ado incluso cuando no est\u00e1 en la farmacia.
