{"id":51047,"date":"2020-06-08T13:58:30","date_gmt":"2020-06-08T11:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/?p=51047"},"modified":"2020-06-08T13:58:30","modified_gmt":"2020-06-08T11:58:30","slug":"lestres-dietes-durant-confinament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cofb.org\/es\/2020\/06\/08\/lestres-dietes-durant-confinament\/","title":{"rendered":"El estr\u00e9s y las dietas durante el confinamiento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 28 de mayo tuvo lugar a trav\u00e9s de webinar la conferencia <strong>\u201cEstr\u00e9s, dietas y confinamiento\u201d<\/strong> patrocinada por el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pileje.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratorio PiLeJe<\/a>, que cont\u00f3 con las intervenciones de la doctora en Psicolog\u00eda de la Salud y M\u00e1ster en Diet\u00e9tica y Nutrici\u00f3n Humana, Gemma L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0 y Pilar Casanovas, farmac\u00e9utica y responsable de Formaci\u00f3n de PiLeJe. Anna Bach-Faig, vocal de Alimentaci\u00f3n y Nutrici\u00f3n del COFB, fue la encargada de moderar la sesi\u00f3n, empezando su intervenci\u00f3n destacando la celebraci\u00f3n en esa fecha del\u00a0<strong>D\u00eda Nacional de la Alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-51093\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"894\" height=\"599\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, explic\u00f3 que hay una <strong>relaci\u00f3n entre emociones y alimentos<\/strong> y que la nueva situaci\u00f3n provocada por el <strong>confinamiento y la crisis de la COVID-19 ha influido sobre la conducta alimentaria.<\/strong> Todo ello, seg\u00fan Bach-Faig, es necesario abordarlo de una manera saludable y, de ah\u00ed el motivo de la conferencia. La vocal de Alimentaci\u00f3n y Nutrici\u00f3n del COFB tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 que en la segunda parte de la sesi\u00f3n se abordar\u00eda el <strong>papel de la micronutrici\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>complementaci\u00f3n alimentaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Estr\u00e9s, dietas y confinamiento<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>La Dra. Gemma L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0 empez\u00f3 su intervenci\u00f3n destacando tambi\u00e9n que la <strong>situaci\u00f3n de confinamiento<\/strong> ha tenido un impacto en los <strong>h\u00e1bitos<\/strong> y la <strong>conducta alimentaria<\/strong>. Se trata de una situaci\u00f3n con elementos que activan la respuesta al estr\u00e9s y esto tiene un impacto en la <strong>conducta alimentaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambios en la alimentaci\u00f3n ha habido durante el confinamiento?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Asimismo, L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0 hizo un repaso del <strong>cambio de h\u00e1bitos de alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que ha habido durante el <strong>confinamiento<\/strong>: ha aumentado el <strong>consumo de alcohol, productos procesados y platos preparados<\/strong>, as\u00ed como el <strong>consumo de harinas<\/strong>. Como punto positivo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se ha incrementado el consumo de carne de cordero, pescado, verduras y <em>snacks<\/em> saludables, como los frutos secos, y que tambi\u00e9n ha habido <strong>m\u00e1s gente que ha recuperado la costumbre de cocinar en casa<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan apunt\u00f3, se calcula que los ciudadanos habr\u00e1n engordado de media entre 3 y 5 kg durante el confinamiento y que algunos decidir\u00edan empezar a seguir una dieta para perder peso.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51094\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51094\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Gemma-L\u00f3pez_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51094 size-large\" title=\"La Dra. Gemma L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0, al inicio de su intervenci\u00f3n.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Seg\u00fan L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0, tradicionalmente, nos hemos fijado siempre en <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y el<strong>actividad f\u00edsica<\/strong> como elementos de una dieta, pero, desde su punto de vista, tambi\u00e9n debemos fijarnos en otros factores como la <strong>microbiota<\/strong> ) <strong>sue\u00f1o<\/strong> a la hora de plantear un tratamiento de cambio de composici\u00f3n corporal. Seg\u00fan la doctora, es importante considerar las horas de sue\u00f1o como uno de los factores que se ha demostrado que est\u00e1n m\u00e1s relacionados con el metabolismo y las horas de hambre. <strong>Dormir<\/strong> entre <strong>7 y 8 horas<\/strong> es fundamental.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Cambio de paradigma y cambio de h\u00e1bitos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En la parte final de su intervenci\u00f3n, expuso que teniendo en cuenta las diferencias individuales no estar\u00edamos programados ni por ser muy delgados ni muy gordos. Y que durante a\u00f1os a las mujeres especialmente se ha impuesto un ideal de belleza relacionado con estar delgada. Desde su punto de vista, pues, es necesario un cambio de paradigma. Muchas dietas no han terminado de funcionar (los que las siguen pierden peso y despu\u00e9s lo recuperan). Por todo ello, es necesario un <strong>enfoque diferente, en el que la prioridad no es perder peso sino el cambio de h\u00e1bitos y la salud de las personas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Estres-dietes_original.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-51198 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Estres-dietes_original.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"828\" height=\"553\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Desde esta perspectiva, es muy importante <strong>que la persona se adhiera a los nuevos h\u00e1bitos<\/strong>, que les pueda seguir durante toda la vida y\u00a0 <strong>que se ayude a cada paciente de una forma personalizada<\/strong>, fomentando un estilo de vida activo y saludable con actividad moderada como por ejemplo andar diariamente durante 45 minutos y alguna actividad de mayor intensidad de unos 15 minutos. Tambi\u00e9n hay que tener en cuenta aspectos como el<strong>educaci\u00f3n alimentaria<\/strong>, la <strong>mejora del estado de la microbiota<\/strong>, o la\u00a0<strong>complementaci\u00f3n nutricional con probi\u00f3ticos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>El papel de la micronutrici\u00f3n y la complementaci\u00f3n alimentaria<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Durante la segunda parte de la conferencia, la farmac\u00e9utica Pilar Casanovas se centr\u00f3 en el papel de la micronutrici\u00f3n y la complementaci\u00f3n alimentaria. Comenz\u00f3 su exposici\u00f3n abordando dos neurotransmisores: la <strong>dopamina<\/strong> y la <strong>serotonina<\/strong>, que intervienen en el estado de \u00e1nimo y el comportamiento alimentario.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un peso saludable es igual a un estilo de vida saludable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otra parte, se refiri\u00f3 a los <strong>d\u00e9ficits nutricionales<\/strong>. En el caso de aquellas personas que presenten d\u00e9ficits recomend\u00f3 escoger una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3n rica en micronutrientes<\/strong> (hierro, yodo, magnesio, \u00e1cidos grasos omega-3\u2026). Si lo trasladamos a una cesta de la compra, los minerales los podemos encontrar en los cereales, los \u00e1cidos grasos omega 3 en el pescado y el aceite de oliva; y en la fruta, la verdura y la carne encontrar\u00edamos vitaminas y antioxidantes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51095\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51095\" style=\"width: 893px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_18.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51095 size-full\" title=\"La farmac\u00e9utica Pilar Casanovas, durante su intervenci\u00f3n.\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_18.jpg\" alt=\"La farmac\u00e8utica Pilar Casanovas, durant la seva intervenci\u00f3.\" width=\"893\" height=\"594\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-51095\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La farmac\u00e9utica Pilar Casanovas, durante su intervenci\u00f3n.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Asimismo, recomend\u00f3 a aquellas personas que presentan problemas de peso y digestivos, \u201cmimar\u201d el intestino por <strong>reducir las molestias digestivas, restableciendo el equilibrio de la microbiota<\/strong>. Algunos de los consejos ser\u00edan: <strong>limitar alcohol, tabaco y caf\u00e9, limitar los alimentos como la leche de vaca<\/strong> y aportar los alimentos protectores bajo las formas que mejor se toleren.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n expuso que en micronutrici\u00f3n, frente a cualquier exceso de peso, debe combatirse el desequilibrio de la microbiota (disbiosis).
