Anna Gil, farmac\u00e9utica, consultora y docente de esta formaci\u00f3n, explica que \u201clos alumnos consiguen entender el proceso de mostrador de forma ordenada y <strong>aprenden a aplicar una metodolog\u00eda concreta en todas y cada una de las situaciones que se desarrollan en la pr\u00e1ctica diaria<\/strong> de la farmacia\u201d. Destaca que \u201ces una <strong>formaci\u00f3n eminentemente pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>, que se desarrolla de forma muy din\u00e1mica y los casos que se trabajan salen de los propios alumnos y de sus realidades vividas en el ejercicio de la actividad profesional diaria\u201d. En primer lugar habla del<strong>\u00a0formato de trabajo,<\/strong>\u00a0explicando que \u201clas sesiones de formaci\u00f3n se desarrollan en un aula, pero <strong>se trabaja como si los alumnos estuvieran en una oficina de farmacia<\/strong>. Esto significa que se presentan <strong>situaciones reales<\/strong>, se teatralizan los <strong>casos vividos por los alumnos<\/strong>, se trabaja con <strong>ejemplos pr\u00e1cticos generales<\/strong> y se <strong>resuelven las dudas<\/strong> que les han surgido<strong>\u00a0cuando han empezado a aplicar los conocimientos aprendidos<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La otra novedad<\/strong>, seg\u00fan comenta la docente, es \u201cel&#039;<strong>an\u00e1lisis de la evoluci\u00f3n de los indicadores que acompa\u00f1a a este curso<\/strong> y que, de forma an\u00f3nima, <strong>se ponen en com\u00fan en los tres webinares<\/strong> que se llevan a cabo al terminar las sesiones presenciales\u201d.
