Madrid, septiembre, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>La Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea, modelo de <b>dieta equilibrada, se caracteriza por una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable que incluye la actividad f\u00edsica de forma regular<\/b> y que, en conjunto, se asocia a una menor mortalidad, a una protecci\u00f3n frente a enfermedades cardiovasculares, diabetes, exceso de peso y obesidad.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25347\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25347\" style=\"width: 396px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grafic1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-25347\" alt=\"grafic1\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grafic1.jpg\" width=\"396\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-25347\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pir\u00e1mide de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Actualmente, la alimentaci\u00f3n de los espa\u00f1oles difiere de estos patrones diet\u00e9ticos (ver imagen<em> Pir\u00e1mide de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea<\/em>). La poblaci\u00f3n joven, cada vez m\u00e1s occidentalizada -y alejada del patr\u00f3n alimentario tradicional- incluye m\u00e1s sedentarismo en la actividad diaria, los avances en tecnolog\u00eda nos alejan del ejercicio f\u00edsico y de la socializaci\u00f3n en las comidas. <strong>Conocemos las claves de la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y no la ponemos en pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>, seg\u00fan IMOP-Berb\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un 37% de los encuestados mejorar\u00eda su nutrici\u00f3n consumiendo m\u00e1s fruta y verduras, un 19% mejorar\u00eda su alimentaci\u00f3n adoptando una dieta m\u00e1s completa y variada y un 17% establecer\u00eda unos horarios fijos de las comidas.<\/li>\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n destacan las opciones de comida menos az\u00facar (9%), consumir m\u00e1s pescado (8%) o reducir el consumo de grasas (7%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En otro estudio que realiza la Fundaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola del Coraz\u00f3n (FEC- <em>Encuesta mitos y errores en la alimentaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola<\/em>) queda patente que<strong> la poblaci\u00f3n conoce la informaci\u00f3n pero al final no cumple las recomendaciones<\/strong>: el 80% sabe que la principal fuente de omega 3 es el pez y el 47% sabe que el omega 3 est\u00e1 relacionado con beneficios sobre el sistema cardiovascular. La opini\u00f3n de uno de cada cinco encuestados es un suspenso en su dieta.<\/p>\n<p>La Encuesta Nacional de Ingesta Diet\u00e9tica (ENIDE, 2011) realiza tambi\u00e9n una evaluaci\u00f3n nutricional de la dieta espa\u00f1ola y recoge nuestra adherencia a la Dieta Mediterr\u00e1nea con los siguientes resultados (ENIDE 2011, poblaci\u00f3n entre 18-64 a\u00f1os).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>C\u00f3mo vamos de\u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Energ\u00eda<\/span>. El balance de energ\u00eda en la poblaci\u00f3n es positivo<\/strong>, es decir, ingerimos m\u00e1s energ\u00eda de la que gastamos debido a un bajo nivel de actividad f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Grasa<\/span>. La ingesta de grasas en pr\u00e1cticamente el 100% de la poblaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 por encima del 35% de las calor\u00edas totales establecidas por la Sociedad Espa\u00f1ola de Nutrici\u00f3n Comunitaria<\/strong> (SINCO 2001). Superamos la cantidad de \u00e1cidos grasos saturados (&gt;10%), por el consumo en exceso de carne y productos derivados procesados con alto contenido de grasa. Gracias a la ingesta de aceite de oliva y el consumo moderado de pescado, los porcentajes de \u00e1cidos grasos monoinsaturados y poliinsaturados se aproximan a los recomendados. Las dietas ricas en grasas est\u00e1n asociadas a un aumento en el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cardiovasculares, obesidad y sobrepeso.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Hidratos de carbono.<\/span> El consumo de hidratos de carbono, seg\u00fan la encuesta ENIDE, se encuentra en un 36-45% de la IDR <\/strong>(ingesta diaria recomendada)<strong>\u00a0por la poblaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>. El documento de consenso de la SENC (2001) recomienda que la proporci\u00f3n de hidratos de carbono se sit\u00fae por encima del 50% de la ingesta diaria recomendada. Dietas altas en hidratos de carbono y bajas en grasas mejoran el riesgo de padecer enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas (EFSA 2010).<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Prote\u00ednas.<\/span> La prote\u00edna se encuentra entre valores del 17-18% por encima del 15% recomendado seg\u00fan la SENC<\/strong> (2001). La fuente es de carne, huevos, pescado y l\u00e1cteos, y por tanto, es prote\u00edna de alta calidad.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Fibra.<\/span> La ingesta de fibra diet\u00e9tica<\/strong>, de la que se aconseja un consumo diario de 25 go superior para tener una correcta funcionalidad del intestino, <strong>se encuentra en torno a los 17-21 g\/d\u00eda<\/strong>. La causa es la baja ingesta de legumbres, frutas, verduras y cereales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"box shadow\">\u00bfPodemos recuperar la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea? <b>Debemos tomar conciencia de que una mejora en nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n es una mejora en nuestra calidad de vida y en nuestra salud a corto ya largo plazo<\/b>.
