En el estudio, realizado por el Colegio de Farmac\u00e9uticos de Barcelona y Laboratorios Av\u00e8ne, han participado m\u00e1s de 1.500 personas.<\/p>\n<p>Las encuestas hechas evidencian el <b>desconocimiento en protecci\u00f3n solar<\/b> con datos como s\u00f3lo un 5% de la poblaci\u00f3n se aplica la cantidad necesaria de crema solar o que el 23% desconoce si el \u00edndice que utiliza es el adecuado para su piel. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cofb.org\/es\/web\/guest\/detall-de-premsa\/?articleid=17059\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Consulta la nota de prensa<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el estudio, para el usuario la <strong>farmacia<\/strong> es sin\u00f3nimo de <strong>confianza, calidad y recomendaci\u00f3n. &quot;El conocimiento del producto, la recomendaci\u00f3n individualizada al usuario y el consejo farmac\u00e9utico sobre fotoprotecci\u00f3n contribuye a prevenir problemas y mantener la salud de la piel&quot; <\/strong><strong>afirma N\u00faria Bosch, vocal de Dermofarmacia del Colegio.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><strong><b>Dec\u00e1logo para un bronceado con total seguridad*:<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Apl\u00edquese el protector solar antes de la exposici\u00f3n al sol y renueve a menudo su aplicaci\u00f3n, sobre todo despu\u00e9s de cada ba\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00f3ngase progresivamente al sol y evite la exposici\u00f3n solar entre las 12h y las 16h.<\/li>\n<li>Evite las sesiones de radiaciones UVA, ya que contribuyen a la aparici\u00f3n de c\u00e1nceres cut\u00e1neos y aceleran el envejecimiento cut\u00e1neo.<\/li>\n<li>No exponga a insolaci\u00f3n directa a los ni\u00f1os menores de 3 a\u00f1os y en las horas de menos sol prot\u00e9jalos con un fotoprotector de alta protecci\u00f3n a fin de preservar el mayor tiempo posible su capital solar. La piel conserva la memoria de todas las radiaciones recibidas durante la infancia. Cuanto m\u00e1s importante ha sido la dosis de radiaci\u00f3n recibida, mayor es el riesgo de aparici\u00f3n de c\u00e1nceres en la edad adulta.<\/li>\n<li>No olvide que tambi\u00e9n puede quemarse realizando cualquier actividad al aire libre: yendo en bicicleta, paseando, realizando deporte, en el jard\u00edn\u2026 En todas estas ocasiones apl\u00edquese un fotoprotector.<\/li>\n<li>No se f\u00ede de las circunstancias que conllevan un riesgo suplementario o una falsa seguridad: altitud, nubosidad, superficies reflectantes (nieve, arena, hierba, agua), viento fresco\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Prot\u00e9jase con gorro y gafas de sol con cristales homologados capaces de filtrar los rayos UVA y UVB. A los ni\u00f1os, adem\u00e1s, prot\u00e9jalos con una camiseta seca y opaca: una camiseta mojada deja pasar los rayos UV.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9quese bien despu\u00e9s de cada ba\u00f1o. El \u201cefecto lupa\u201d de las gotas de agua favorece las quemaduras solares y disminuye la eficacia de los protectores solares aunque \u00e9stos sean resistentes al agua.<\/li>\n<li>Beba agua en abundancia y frecuentemente. El sol deshidrata a nuestro organismo.
