Y algunos kilos de m\u00e1s\u2026 a\u00f1adir\u00edamos al dicho. En Navidad y A\u00f1o Nuevo llegamos a la familia y los amigos en celebraciones de comidas con sobremesas interminables donde los excesos son lo habitual. Estas fechas deben disfrutarse debidamente, como excepciones que son, para as\u00ed entender y diferenciar el patr\u00f3n alimentario prudente del d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo podemos<\/strong> <b>compensar nuestros excesos navide\u00f1os<\/b><strong>?<\/strong> Una buena opci\u00f3n ser\u00eda seguir una dieta suave compuesta por fruta, verdura, legumbres y cereales y de forma moderada carnes blancas, huevos y pescado junto a frutos secos y aceite de oliva virgen. Los zumos de verduras (apio, hinojo, espinacas), sorbetes de pi\u00f1a \u00f3 kiwi, t\u00e9s verdes y caldos de verduras sin grasa nos pueden ayudar a depurar nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00f3mo podemos<\/strong> <b>prevenir los atracones<\/b><strong>?<\/strong> De hecho, es m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil evitar los desmanes que perder los kilos ganados en Navidad. Por eso, es \u00fatil ingerir medio litro de bebida isot\u00f3nica y una pieza de fruta 30 minutos antes de cada comida. O, de forma alternativa, otro consejo ser\u00eda tomar en casa un aperitivo, que consiste en comer alimentos bajos en calor\u00edas, para que el cuerpo tenga tiempo de segregar el est\u00edmulo de la saciedad y as\u00ed llegar a la comida principal con menos apetito. Una sugerencia de aperitivo ser\u00eda una taza de yogur natural con un pl\u00e1tano en rodajas; las prote\u00ednas del yogur ralentizan el vaciado del est\u00f3mago y el potasio que contiene el pl\u00e1tano equilibra la concentraci\u00f3n de sal para aquellos que les gusta picar aceitunas, patatas fritas \u00f3 frutos secos salados durante las celebraciones. Un error frecuente es omitir comidas el d\u00eda de los eventos.<\/p>\n<p><b>Para los peque\u00f1os de casa<\/b> sugerimos que la comida y merienda de los d\u00edas de Navidad y A\u00f1o Nuevo sea poco abundante para que tengan hambre a la hora de cenar, y podemos pactar con ellos un l\u00edmite de dulces. Otros consejos ser\u00edan pelar los granos de uva y quitarle las semillas, servir aceitunas sin hueso y no tener frutos secos al alcance de ni\u00f1os menores de 2-3 a\u00f1os por el riesgo de atragantamiento. Recuerde que a los ni\u00f1os les fascina ser peque\u00f1os \u201cchefs\u201d de cocina y ayudar en los preparativos de la mesa. \u00a1Cuidad con ellos! La <strong>manzanilla<\/strong> que tiene acci\u00f3n digestiva combina muy bien en cuanto a gusto y efectos con las plantas que ayudan a eliminar los gases (carminativas) como el hinojo, el an\u00eds o el comino de prado.
