Una dieta equilibrada debe ser satisfactoria y elaborada en funci\u00f3n de los h\u00e1bitos, la gastronom\u00eda de la zona y la temporada. <b>Hidratos de carbono, prote\u00ednas, grasas, vitaminas y minerales son nutrientes que deben estar, junto al agua, presentes en la dieta.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El cambio estacional y volver a la rutina del trabajo nos hacen sentir algo cansados y estresados y pueden ocasionar cambios en nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo. Conviene incluir en nuestra dieta alimentos como <b>pasta, arroz, legumbres o patatas<\/b> que aportan energ\u00eda y son pobres en grasas. Si todos estos factores se unen a una dieta restrictiva con la que seguramente no cubriremos todas las necesidades de vitaminas y minerales, es posible que nos convenga <b>tomar un suplemento.<\/b> Estos suplementos, sin embargo, <b>nunca deben ser el sustituto de una dieta sana, ordenada y equilibrada<\/b>, que es la base de una buena salud y del bienestar tanto f\u00edsico como mental, y que es especialmente importante para mantener nuestra energ\u00eda en niveles altos en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><div class=\"box shadow\">Los farmac\u00e9uticos aconsejan\u2026<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Combinar una dieta saludable rica en frutas y verduras con ejercicio f\u00edsico<\/b> nos ayuda a prepararnos para el invierno.<\/li>\n<li><b>La dieta mediterr\u00e1nea es un modelo alimenticio saludable<\/b> que no excluye suplementos en vitaminas o minerales cuando el organismo necesita.<\/li>\n<li>Generalmente y salvo prescripci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, <b>es preferible consumir un multivitam\u00ednico<\/b> que preparados que contengan dosis elevadas de una sola vitamina.<\/li>\n<li>Los suplementos diet\u00e9ticos <b>nunca deben ser el sustituto de una dieta equilibrada<\/b>.<b><\/div><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><b>Consulte siempre con un profesional de la salud.
