Si a esto le a\u00f1adimos un d\u00e9ficit de ejercicio f\u00edsico y sobremesas largas que se ocasionan en comidas con familia y amigos, tenemos la respuesta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 recomendaciones podemos ofrecer desde la farmacia sin da\u00f1ar el aspecto festivo de las fiestas?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>No ir a las comidas con hambre excesiva<\/strong>: no acudir en ayunas, porque no seremos conscientes de la cantidad que comemos, y lo haremos con exceso. Como nuestro sistema fisiol\u00f3gico de la saciedad es hormonal y no nervioso, si se come r\u00e1pido, cuando nuestro cerebro recibe la se\u00f1al de parar ya es demasiado tarde y hemos comido m\u00e1s de lo que realmente necesitamos para nutrirnos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comida despacio<\/strong>: es aconsejable masticar bien los alimentos antes de tragarlos. Comer con ansiedad sin darnos cuenta de qu\u00e9 cantidad comemos, nos puede llevar con frecuencia a consecuencias indeseables en nuestro tr\u00e1nsito intestinal en forma de malas digestiones o de diarrea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuidado con las bebidas<\/strong>: evitamos un exceso de alcohol, por su elevado contenido en calor\u00edas (1 gr. de alcohol son 9 calor\u00edas), \u00e9stas son las llamadas calor\u00edas vac\u00edas pues no aportan ning\u00fan nutriente. No olvidemos la importancia de beber agua, no s\u00f3lo porque nuestro cuerpo est\u00e1 compuesto por un 60-70% de este elemento, sino tambi\u00e9n porque se necesita para realizar las funciones biol\u00f3gicas, y porque su aporte cal\u00f3rico es 0. El agua nos saciar\u00e1 y por tanto comeremos menos. En cualquier trastorno org\u00e1nico como diarrea o estre\u00f1imiento nos ayudar\u00e1 a recuperar los niveles h\u00eddricos de nuestro organismo, a la vez que ayudar\u00e1 a eliminar toxinas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tener en cuenta las raciones<\/strong>: es recomendable la ingesta de raciones prudentes y repetir si queremos m\u00e1s. Nos ce\u00f1iremos m\u00e1s a la necesidad que a la ansiedad.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tratar de compensar los excesos<\/strong>: si vemos que los excesos han sido importantes, realizar comidas bajas en grasas, utilizando alimentos vegetales tanto frescos como cocinados, y utilizando como m\u00e9todos de cocci\u00f3n para los alimentos la plancha y los hervidos. Eliminaremos la ingesta de alcohol y de bebidas azucaradas, teniendo en cuenta que aunque sean bebidas light, alguna calor\u00eda aportan, por lo que utilizaremos s\u00f3lo agua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00f3mo tratar los cambios que pueden aparecer en la evacuaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: es f\u00e1cil que en estos d\u00edas algunas personas puedan sufrir cambios en su sistema de deposici\u00f3n. Si despu\u00e9s de alguna comida de estas fechas, apareciera diarrea, se recomienda utilizar medidas de rehidrataci\u00f3n y dieta progresiva astringente con alimentos que regulen la evacuaci\u00f3n y poco a poco se ir\u00e1n introduciendo otros alimentos a medida que mejoremos en el problema.<br \/>\nSi la diarrea aparece en varios miembros de la familia, descartar que se trate de una intoxicaci\u00f3n alimentaria y por tanto una diarrea infecciosa, que se desarrollan despu\u00e9s de haber ingerido toxinas bacterianas preformadas en los alimentos. Debe estimarse la derivaci\u00f3n al m\u00e9dico para su valoraci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nSi por el contrario aparece estre\u00f1imiento, posiblemente sea a causa de una dieta baja en fibra, a no beber suficiente agua, y c\u00f3mo no, a la falta de ejercicio f\u00edsico por el sedentarismo que se produce despu\u00e9s de las sobremesas festivas.
