si tenim una plantilla motivada tot surt molt m\u00e9s rodat<\/strong>\u201d, ha assenyalat Corona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Eines \u00fatils per a millorar la gesti\u00f3 dels equips de l&#8217;oficina de farm\u00e0cia<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per part seva,<strong> Jaume Guill\u00e9n<\/strong>, farmac\u00e8utic comunitari, ha anat un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 explicant eines lucratives, necess\u00e0ries i eficaces dirigides als farmac\u00e8utics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una d&#8217;aquestes eines que ha compartit Guill\u00e9n \u00e9s la <strong>\u201cMatriu de\u00a0Nikols\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0que ajuda en gran manera als farmac\u00e8utics en quatre eixos diferenciats: \u201cDe la farm\u00e0cia que tinc ara, <strong>qu\u00e8 tinc i qu\u00e8 vull?<\/strong>, com per exemple, un equip implicat i proactiu; <strong>Qu\u00e8 no tinc i vull?<\/strong>, com una confian\u00e7a plena en el pacient; <strong>Qu\u00e8 tinc i no vull?<\/strong>, com per exemple, massa assortit de productes, i <strong>qu\u00e8 no tinc i no vull?<\/strong>, com la <strong>guerra de preus<\/strong>, al final <strong>la Matriu de\u00a0Nikols\u00a0ens ajudar\u00e0 a centrar-nos\u201d<\/strong>, ha detallat Guill\u00e9n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per part de Jordi\u00a0Corona, en l\u00ednia amb l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 de Guill\u00e9n ha comentat que <strong>\u201cl&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s arribar a saber quina farm\u00e0cia volem ser, en qu\u00e8 ens volem especialitzar, \u00e9s a dir, hem de tenir clar tots els factors clau en els quals hem d&#8217;incidir\u201d<\/strong>. Aquests elements clau que ha comentat es diferencien en sis unitats: la formaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;equip, la retenci\u00f3 de talent, la comunicaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;equip, l&#8217;homogene\u00eftzaci\u00f3 i la qualitat dels processos, el control i el seguiment, i el lideratge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El farmac\u00e8utic tamb\u00e9 ha destacat la vocaci\u00f3 de la professi\u00f3: <strong>\u201cEl farmac\u00e8utic vol invertir temps en formaci\u00f3, tant interna com externa<\/strong>. Si has triat treballar en el sector sanitari tens la responsabilitat d&#8217;estar actualitzat i informat per prestar consell farmac\u00e8utic\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La comunicaci\u00f3, clau en la gesti\u00f3 i el treball de l&#8217;equip<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, Jordi\u00a0Corona\u00a0ha ressaltat que la<strong> comunicaci\u00f3 directa<\/strong> una vegada per setmana amb cada persona de l&#8217;equip \u00e9s essencial perqu\u00e8 el farmac\u00e8utic se senti part\u00edcip i reconegut: \u201cPer enfocar al nostre equip \u00e9s molt important el protagonisme de cada membre, que tinguin una participaci\u00f3 activa en el pla estrat\u00e8gic de la farm\u00e0cia. \u00c9s elemental el <em><strong>f<\/strong><\/em><strong><em>eedback<\/em>, sent el gran imprescindible del lideratge en la farm\u00e0cia<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corona ha concl\u00f2s amb l&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 de la <strong>Pir\u00e0mide de\u00a0Maslow\u00a0<\/strong>en el m\u00f3n farmac\u00e8utic, assenyalant que per enfortir el comprom\u00eds de la farm\u00e0cia <strong>\u00e9s primordial complir amb les necessitats b\u00e0siques<\/strong>.
