En aquest cas, l\u2019estudi s\u2019emmarca en pacients que pateixen aquesta patologia associada a causes tals com un \u00edctus, l\u2019envelliment o malalties neurodegeneratives. Aix\u00ed doncs, l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de l\u2019estudi determina una millora en l\u2019efic\u00e0cia i en la seguretat de la degluci\u00f3, disminuint la possibilitat de penetracions i aspiracions, i escur\u00e7a alhora la resposta orofar\u00edngia, augmentant el moviment de l\u2019hioides.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">A finals d\u2019agost del 2010, els resultats obtinguts van ser presentats i premiats al\u00a0<em>Joint International Meeting in Neurogastroenterology and Motility<\/em>\u00a0 celebrat a Boston, on es va poder demostrar que l\u2019addici\u00f3 al bol alimentari amb aquests compostos naturals ajuda a prevenir la possible aparici\u00f3 de pneum\u00f2nies ens els pacients que pateixen disf\u00e0gia.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Tot i que \u00e9s necessari analitzar amb m\u00e9s profunditat quins s\u00f3n els efectes a llarg termini, els<em>capsaicinoids<\/em>\u00a0es presenten com una alternativa terap\u00e8utica v\u00e0lida vers els trastorns ocasionats per la disf\u00e0gia, ja que els par\u00e0metres observats de l\u2019estudi s\u00f3n superiors enfront altres tractaments ja existents.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Autors de l\u2019estudi \u201cAvaluaci\u00f3 videofluorsc\u00f2pica de l\u2019efecte de la capsa\u00efcina en pacients amb disfagia orofar\u00edngia\u201d: Laia Rofes, Pere Clav\u00e9 i Civit, Olga Viridiana Arreola Garcia.
