El Congr\u00e9s, que es far\u00e0 a Dubl\u00edn, examinar\u00e0 la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 dels pacients complexos des de tots els punts de vista (biol\u00f2gic, m\u00e8dic, socioecon\u00f2mic i cultural). L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s <b>potenciar les funcions que presta el farmac\u00e8utic a aquests pacients<\/b>, amb informaci\u00f3 basada en l\u2019evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica i coordinament amb la resta de professionals sanitaris.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><b>Participaci\u00f3 del Col\u00b7legi al Congr\u00e9s<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les sessions del Congr\u00e9s tractaran com les necessitats dels pacients complexos s\u2019estan cobrint en l\u2019actualitat aix\u00ed com les <b>estrat\u00e8gies emergents i futures per al tractament del pacient complex<\/b>. Entre els temes, es dedicar\u00e0 una jornada sencera a la <b>formulaci\u00f3 magistral<\/b> com un dels camps a impulsar per complementar i individualitzar els tractaments.
