{"id":51348,"date":"2020-07-06T12:16:04","date_gmt":"2020-07-06T10:16:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/?p=51348"},"modified":"2020-07-06T12:16:04","modified_gmt":"2020-07-06T10:16:04","slug":"limpacte-de-lalimentacio-en-la-qualitat-del-son-tertulia-dactualitat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cofb.org\/ca\/2020\/07\/06\/limpacte-de-lalimentacio-en-la-qualitat-del-son-tertulia-dactualitat\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;impacte de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 en la qualitat del son [Tert\u00falia d\u2019actualitat]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat 17 de juny va tenir lloc, en format webinar, una nova edici\u00f3 de les <strong>tert\u00falies d&#8217;actualitat<\/strong> sota el t\u00edtol\u00a0<strong>&#8220;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&#8221;.\u00a0 <\/strong>Amb el patrocini de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pileje.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Laboratori PiLeJe<\/a>,\u00a0 va comptar amb les intervencions del <strong>doctor Eduard Estivill<\/strong>, neurofisi\u00f2leg, especialista europeu en medicina del son i director de la\u00a0<em>Fundaci\u00f3n Estivill Sue\u00f1o,<\/em>\u00a0i la <strong>catedr\u00e0tica de Nutrici\u00f3 i Bromatologia<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Mar\u00eda Izquierdo<\/strong>, directora del Departament de Nutrici\u00f3, Ci\u00e8ncies de l&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 i Gastronomia de la Universitat de Barcelona.\u00a0La sessi\u00f3 va ser moderada per\u00a0 <strong>Anna Bach-Faig, vocal d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 i Nutrici\u00f3 del COFB<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tert\u00falia-dactualitat-Dormir-b\u00e9alimentar-nos-millor-3.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-51387\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tert\u00falia-dactualitat-Dormir-b\u00e9alimentar-nos-millor-3-1024x490.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"297\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entre altres aspectes relacionats amb el son, la xerrada <strong>va abordar la\u00a0relaci\u00f3 entre el fet de dormir poc amb la tend\u00e8ncia a l\u2019obesitat i altres malalties cr\u00f2niques<\/strong>, els factors que ho poden provocar, i com poden influir-hi\u00a0 <strong>els canvis en els patrons alimentaris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">El son com a reparador f\u00edsic i intel\u00b7lectual<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>El doctor Estivill va fer un rep\u00e0s a diferents <strong>aspectes a tenir en compte en la qualitat del son<\/strong>. El\u00a0 son t\u00e9 una funci\u00f3 de <strong>reparaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i intel\u00b7lectual<\/strong> i \u00e9s el que fa que estem b\u00e9 durant el dia. Va remarcar que hem de dormir les hores necess\u00e0ries de manera regular, per\u00f2 va recon\u00e8ixer que \u201c<strong>els horaris i organitzaci\u00f3 social que tenim fan que anem curts de son<\/strong>\u201d,\u00a0 ja que \u00a0\u201ca Espanya, de mitjana, es dormen 40 minuts menys que a la resta de pa\u00efsos europeus, i aix\u00f2 comporta un menor rendiment a la feina\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ja entrant en el funcionament del nostre son, va explicar que el fet de dormir i estar desperts s\u00f3n dues funcions complement\u00e0ries i que els <strong>ritmes circadiaris<\/strong>, controlats des del cervell, incideixen en elles. Quan ens referim a aquests ritmes que el cos va repetint, parlem de la <strong>cronobiologia<\/strong> i aquest \u00e0mbit, \u00a0segons Estivill \u201c<strong>\u00e9s el futur de la medicina del son<\/strong>\u201d, afegint que \u201c<strong>aquests ritmes tamb\u00e9 hi s\u00f3n presents a la nostra alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51389\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51389\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tert\u00falia-dactualitat-Dormir-b\u00e9alimentar-nos-millor-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51389 size-large\" title=\"El doctor Eduard Estivill durant la seva pon\u00e8ncia a la tert\u00falia d'actualitat &quot;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&quot;.\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tert\u00falia-dactualitat-Dormir-b\u00e9alimentar-nos-millor-1-1024x494.jpg\" alt=\"El doctor Eduard Estivill durant la seva pon\u00e8ncia a la tert\u00falia d'actualitat &quot;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&quot;.\" width=\"620\" height=\"299\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-51389\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">El doctor Eduard Estivill durant la seva pon\u00e8ncia a la tert\u00falia d&#8217;actualitat &#8220;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&#8221;.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Tot seguit, el neurofisi\u00f2leg, va voler centrar-se en la realitat m\u00e9s immediata provocada per la COVID-19 i com ens ha afectat en el son. <strong>Si normalment \u00a0hi ha entre un 10 i un 20% de gent que dorm malament, \u201caquest percentatge s&#8217;ha incrementat en temps de pand\u00e8mia fins a un 30%\u201d<\/strong>.\u00a0 Un augment provocat per la<strong> tensi\u00f3 i l&#8217;ansietat acumulada durant el dia, als quals es va afegir la incertesa<\/strong> de la situaci\u00f3 provocada per la crisi sanit\u00e0ria. Per evitar situacions d&#8217;angoixa que alterin el nostre son, especialment en aquest per\u00edode, Estivill va recomanar \u201c<strong>fugir de l\u2019exc\u00e9s d&#8217;informaci\u00f3<\/strong> amb una dieta informativa limitada als matins i a <strong>mantenir rutines di\u00e0ries tant a nivell dels \u00e0pats com de les nostres tasques habituals<\/strong>\u201d. Per finalitzar la seva xerrada, va recordar que el son s&#8217;ha de preparar, insistint en la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019establir uns horaris de menjar i de fer exercicis de manera regular dues hores abans d\u2019anar a dormir. Tamb\u00e9 va advertir que hem d&#8217;evitar qualsevol <strong>tecnologia que doni llum<\/strong> (tauletes, m\u00f2bils, etc.) perqu\u00e8 que aquesta llum atura la <strong>secreci\u00f3 de melatonina<\/strong>. En aquest sentit, amb l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de <strong>productes que incorporen melatonina<\/strong>, va destacar \u00e9s <strong>molt important el consell farmac\u00e8utic per un \u00fas adequat d&#8217;aquests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">L&#8217;impacte del son en les malalties relacionades amb l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>La catedr\u00e0tica Mar\u00eda Izquierdo va iniciar la seva presentaci\u00f3 assenyalant que cada vegada est\u00e0 m\u00e9s establert que &#8220;<strong>la durada i la qualitat del que dormim t\u00e9 un impacte molt important sobre la nostra salut<\/strong> i en concret sobre <strong>malalties relacionades amb l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> com la diabetis tipus 2, la s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lica o el sobrep\u00e8s i l&#8217;obesitat&#8221;,\u00a0 i va recordar que <strong>si dormim menys del que necessitem<\/strong> &#8211; o massa-, aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 un<strong> efecte negatiu sobre el nostre pes corporal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51388\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51388\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tert\u00falia-dactualitat-Dormir-b\u00e9alimentar-nos-millor-2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51388 size-large\" title=\"La catedr\u00e0tica de Nutrici\u00f3 i Bromatologia, Mar\u00eda Izquierdo, en l'inici de la seva exposici\u00f3 a la tert\u00falia d'actualitat &quot;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&quot;.\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Tert\u00falia-dactualitat-Dormir-b\u00e9alimentar-nos-millor-2-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"La catedr\u00e0tica de Nutrici\u00f3 i Bromatologia, Mar\u00eda Izquierdo, en l'inici de la seva exposici\u00f3 a la tert\u00falia d'actualitat &quot;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&quot;.\" width=\"620\" height=\"302\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-51388\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La catedr\u00e0tica de Nutrici\u00f3 i Bromatologia, Mar\u00eda Izquierdo, en l&#8217;inici de la seva exposici\u00f3 a la tert\u00falia d&#8217;actualitat &#8220;Dormir b\u00e9, alimentar-se millor per ser m\u00e9s feli\u00e7&#8221;.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Pel que fa als factors que ens afecten a l&#8217;hora de dormir, Izquierdo va explicar que durant milers d&#8217;anys ens hem regit per un<strong> temps extern\u00a0<\/strong>(llum, foscor &#8230;)<strong> i un temps intern<\/strong>\u00a0 que s&#8217;havien adaptat perfectament. Avui dia s&#8217;ha incorporat un factor que ens afecta en aquest \u00e0mbit que \u00e9s el &#8220;<strong>temps social<\/strong>&#8220;, marcat pels nostres horaris laborals i quotidians, que ha fet que es generi una <strong>&#8220;cronodisrupci\u00f3&#8221; entre el temps intern i extern, que acaba afectant el nostre organisme<\/strong>. &#8220;Com<strong>\u00a0m\u00e9s gran \u00e9s el desajust, m\u00e9s grans poden ser els nostres problemes<\/strong>&#8220;, i va advertir que si dormim poc, mengem m\u00e9s, i que, per tant, una <strong>restricci\u00f3 del son, augmenta el risc de sobrep\u00e8s i obesitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per concloure, Mar\u00eda Izquierdo, va centrar la part final de la seva exposici\u00f3 en els <strong>h\u00e0bits alimentaris que poden ajudar a dormir millor<\/strong>. Va aconsellar <strong>evitar la cafe\u00efna<\/strong> especialment a partir de l&#8217;hora de menjar, <strong>reduir o evitar l&#8217;alcohol<\/strong> especialment abans d&#8217;anar a dormir, i <strong>sopar lleugerament<\/strong> unes dues hores abans de posar-se al llit.
