Aix\u00f2 ho diu Maria Jos\u00e9 Alonso, vocal de Plantes Medicinals i Homeopatia, encarregada del curs <b>\u201cPlantes medicinals en pacients polimedicats\u201d<\/b> realitzat al Col\u00b7legi. \u201cA m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s \u2013prossegueix &#8211; l\u2019\u00fas de les plantes medicinals \u00e9s un fet cultural que forma part de la nostra tradici\u00f3 i cada vegada t\u00e9 mes demanda en general\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Els diferents canals d\u2019acc\u00e9s a aquests productes i una legislaci\u00f3 poc clara fan que els pacients puguin tenir problemes derivats d\u2019un mal \u00fas.<\/strong> Fins i tot, de vegades, aix\u00f2 pot comportar determinades patologies amb greus efectes que comprometen la salut d\u2019una manera important. En cas contrari, la falta de coneixement fa que, per por infundada, es renunci\u00ef a un tractament complementari de plantes o a el seu \u00fas per problemes menors. &#8220;Aquest tipus de pacients gr\u00e0cies al consell farmac\u00e8utic podrien beneficiar-se de tractaments efica\u00e7os, segurs i amb pocs (o cap) efectes secundaris&#8221;, destaca la vocal de Plantes Medicinals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per aquests motius al llarg de dues classes (28 i 30 de gener) de tres hores cadascuna s\u2019ha buscat <strong>dotar el farmac\u00e8utic de la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per poder assessorar el malalt<\/strong> de les precaucions a adoptar en el consum de productes amb plantes medicinals, dels possibles efectes adversos i les interaccions amb els f\u00e0rmacs prescrits per a les patologies que presenta, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 per l\u2019\u00fas racional d\u2019aquelles plantes que els hi s\u00f3n indicades i els poden ajudar de forma segura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #808080;\" data-mce-mark=\"1\"><b>Hem parlat amb dos alumnes del curs i ens han explicat el seg\u00fcent:<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"destacat-blog\">\n<p><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_2766.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-5156\" alt=\"IMG_2766\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_2766.jpg\" width=\"168\" height=\"126\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>N\u00faria Aregall:\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;M&#8217;he apuntat a aquest curs per obtenir nous coneixements sobre fitoter\u00e0pia, ja que \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria per combinar-la amb molts tractaments m\u00e8dics. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, les plantes medicinals poden ajudar els pacients polimedicats a obtenir beneficis, com ara detectar si tenen algun problema amb la medicaci\u00f3&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_2768.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-5158\" alt=\"IMG_2768\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_2768.jpg\" width=\"168\" height=\"126\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nJaume Gir\u00f3:\u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;Cada cop s\u00f3n m\u00e9s els pacients polimelicats que v\u00e9nen a la farm\u00e0cia i, al seu torn, les plantes medicinals s\u00f3n un complement important de la farmacologia. Gr\u00e0cies a aquest curs hem obtingut coneixements sobre el camp de la fitoter\u00e0pia per poder aplicar-los a la pr\u00e0ctica di\u00e0ria&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per \u00faltim, tal i com ens comenta Alonso, <strong>el primer que ha de tenir en compte el farmac\u00e8utic per l&#8217;assessorament \u00e9s<em>\u00a0<\/em>el tractament cr\u00f2nic del pacient polimedicat, el seu estat de salut general, el problema de salut que planteja i a partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed veure quines plantes estarien o no indicades.<\/strong>\u00a0En segon terme, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha de considerar la rellev\u00e0ncia cl\u00ednica de certes interaccions te\u00f2riques, com per exemple, el Castanyer d\u2019\u00cdndies, que s\u2019utilitza per alleujar els s\u00edmptomes de \u201ccames cansades\u201d (per insufici\u00e8ncia venosa cr\u00f2nica de les extremitats inferiors) o les hemorroides, per\u00f2 te\u00f2ricament estaria contraindicat en els pacients amb tractament anticoagulant, com poden ser la Warfarina i el Sintrom.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEls pacients polimedicats cada vegada busquen m\u00e9s solucions en plantes medicinals perqu\u00e8 consideren que ja prenen prou medicaments.
