Anna Bach-Faig, vocal d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 i Nutrici\u00f3 del COFB, va ser l&#8217;encarregada de moderar la sessi\u00f3, comen\u00e7ant la seva intervenci\u00f3 destacant la celebraci\u00f3 en aquella data del\u00a0<strong>Dia Nacional de l&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-51093\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"894\" height=\"599\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit, va explicar que hi ha una <strong>relaci\u00f3 entre emocions i aliments<\/strong> i que la nova situaci\u00f3 provocada pel <strong>confinament i la crisi de la COVID-19 ha influ\u00eft sobre la conducta aliment\u00e0ria.<\/strong> Tot plegat, segons Bach-Faig, cal abordar-ho d&#8217;una manera saludable i, d&#8217;aqu\u00ed el motiu de la confer\u00e8ncia. La vocal d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 i Nutrici\u00f3 del COFB tamb\u00e9 va destacar que a la segona part de la sessi\u00f3 s&#8217;abordaria el <strong>paper de la micronutrici\u00f3<\/strong> i <strong>complementaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Estr\u00e8s, dietes i confinament<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>La Dra. Gemma L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0 va comen\u00e7ar la seva intervenci\u00f3 destacant tamb\u00e9 que la <strong>situaci\u00f3 de confinament<\/strong> ha tingut un impacte en els <strong>h\u00e0bits<\/strong> i la <strong>conducta aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong>. Es tracta d&#8217;una situaci\u00f3 amb elements que activen la resposta a l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 un impacte en la <strong>conducta aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quins canvis en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 hi ha hagut durant el confinament?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0 va fer un rep\u00e0s del <strong>canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> que hi ha hagut durant el <strong>confinament<\/strong>: ha augmentat el <strong>consum d&#8217;alcohol, productes processats i plats preparats<\/strong>, aix\u00ed com el <strong>consum de farines<\/strong>. Com a punt positiu, va assenyalar que tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha incrementat el consum de carn de xai, peix, verdures i <em>snacks<\/em> saludables, com els fruits secs, i que tamb\u00e9 hi ha hagut <strong>m\u00e9s gent que ha recuperat el costum de cuinar a casa<\/strong>. Segons va apuntar, es calcula que els ciutadans s&#8217;hauran engreixat de mitjana entre 3 i 5 kg durant el confinament i que alguns decidirien comen\u00e7ar a seguir una dieta per perdre pes.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51094\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51094\" style=\"width: 620px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Gemma-L\u00f3pez_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51094 size-large\" title=\"La Dra. Gemma L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0, a l&#8217;inici de la seva intervenci\u00f3.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Segons L\u00f3pez-Guimer\u00e0, tradicionalment, ens hem fixat sempre en <strong>alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong> i l&#8217;<strong>activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong> com a elements d&#8217;una dieta, per\u00f2, des del seu punt de vista, tamb\u00e9 cal que ens fixem en altres factors com la <strong>microbiota<\/strong> o la <strong>son<\/strong> a l&#8217;hora de plantejar un tractament de canvi de composici\u00f3 corporal. Segons la doctora \u00e9s important considerar les hores de son com un dels factors que s&#8217;ha demostrat que estan m\u00e9s relacionats amb el metabolisme i les hores de gana. <strong>Dormir<\/strong> entre <strong>7 i 8 hores<\/strong> \u00e9s fonamental.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Canvi de paradigma i canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A la part final de la seva intervenci\u00f3, va exposar que tenint en compte les difer\u00e8ncies individuals no estar\u00edem programats ni per ser molt prims ni molt grassos. I que durant anys a les dones especialment s&#8217;ha imposat un ideal de bellesa relacionat amb el fet d&#8217;estar prima.\u00a0Des del seu punt de vista, doncs, cal un canvi de paradigma. Moltes dietes no han acabat de funcionar (els que les segueixen perden pes i despr\u00e9s el recuperen). Per tot plegat, cal un <strong>enfocament diferent, en qu\u00e8 la prioritat no \u00e9s perdre pes sin\u00f3 el canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits i la salut de les persones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Estres-dietes_original.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-51198 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Estres-dietes_original.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"828\" height=\"553\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Des d&#8217;aquesta perspectiva, \u00e9s molt important <strong>que la persona s&#8217;adhereixi als nous h\u00e0bits<\/strong>,\u00a0 que els pugui seguir durant tota la vida i\u00a0 <strong>que s&#8217;ajudi cada pacient d&#8217;una manera personalitzada<\/strong>, fomentant un estil de vida actiu i saludable amb activitat moderada com per exemple caminar di\u00e0riament durant 45 minuts i alguna activitat de major intensitat d&#8217;uns 15 minuts. Tamb\u00e9 cal tenir present aspectes com l&#8217;<strong>educaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong>, la <strong>millora de l&#8217;estat de la microbiota<\/strong>, o la\u00a0<strong>complementaci\u00f3 nutricional amb probi\u00f2tics<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>El paper de la micronutrici\u00f3 i la complementaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>Durant la segona part de la confer\u00e8ncia, la farmac\u00e8utica Pilar Casanovas va centrar-se en el paper de la micronutrici\u00f3 i la complementaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria. Va comen\u00e7ar la seva exposici\u00f3 abordant dos neurotransmissors: la <strong>dopamina<\/strong> i la <strong>serotonina<\/strong>, que intervenen en l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim i el comportament alimentari.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Un pes saludable \u00e9s igual a un estil de vida saludable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, va referir-se als <strong>d\u00e8ficits nutricionals<\/strong>. En el cas d&#8217;aquelles persones que presentin d\u00e8ficits va recomanar escollir una <strong>alimentaci\u00f3 rica en micronutrients<\/strong> (ferro, iode, magnesi, \u00e0cids grassos omega-3&#8230;). Si ho traslladem a un cistell de la compra, els minerals els podem trobar als cereals, els \u00e0cids grassos omega 3 al peix i l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva; i a la fruita, la verdura i la carn trobar\u00edem vitamines i antioxidants.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_51095\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-51095\" style=\"width: 893px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_18.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51095 size-full\" title=\"La farmac\u00e8utica Pilar Casanovas, durant la seva intervenci\u00f3.\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Presentaci\u00f3_18.jpg\" alt=\"La farmac\u00e8utica Pilar Casanovas, durant la seva intervenci\u00f3.\" width=\"893\" height=\"594\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-51095\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La farmac\u00e8utica Pilar Casanovas, durant la seva intervenci\u00f3.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Aix\u00ed mateix, va recomanar a aquelles persones que presenten problemes de pes i digestius, &#8220;mimar&#8221; l&#8217;intest\u00ed per <strong>reduir les mol\u00e8sties digestives, restablint l&#8217;equilibri de la microbiota<\/strong>. Alguns dels consells serien: <strong>limitar alcohol, tabac i caf\u00e8, limitar els aliments com la llet de vaca<\/strong> i aportar els aliments protectors sota les formes que millor es tolerin.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 va exposar que en micronutrici\u00f3, davant de qualsevol exc\u00e9s de pes, s&#8217;ha de combatre el desequilibri de la microbiota (disbiosi).
