Destaca que &#8220;\u00e9s una <strong>formaci\u00f3 eminentment pr\u00e0ctica<\/strong>, que es desenvolupa de manera molt din\u00e0mica i els casos que es treballen surten dels mateixos alumnes i\u00a0de les seves realitats viscudes en l\u2019exercici de l\u2019activitat professional di\u00e0ria&#8221;. En primer lloc parla del<strong>\u00a0format de\u00a0treball,<\/strong>\u00a0explicant que &#8220;les sessions de formaci\u00f3 es desenvolupen en una aula, per\u00f2 <strong>es treballa com si\u00a0\u00a0els alumnes estiguessin en una oficina de farm\u00e0cia<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que es presenten <strong>situacions reals<\/strong>,\u00a0es teatralitzen els <strong>casos viscuts pels alumnes<\/strong>, es treballa amb <strong>exemples pr\u00e0ctics generals<\/strong> i\u00a0es <strong>resolen els dubtes<\/strong> que els hi han sorgit<strong>\u00a0quan han comen\u00e7at a aplicar els\u00a0coneixements apresos<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019altra novetat<\/strong>, segons comenta la docent, \u00e9s &#8220;l\u2019<strong>an\u00e0lisi de l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 dels indicadors que acompanya aquest curs<\/strong> i que, de\u00a0manera an\u00f2nima, <strong>es posen en com\u00fa en els tres webinars<\/strong> que es duen a terme en acabar les\u00a0sessions presencials&#8221;.
