D&#8217;aquesta manera, juntament amb una dieta baixa en sodi, la disminuci\u00f3 de pes i la reducci\u00f3 del consum d\u2019alcohol es considera una\u00a0<strong>eina no farmacol\u00f2gica de primer ordre en la prevenci\u00f3 i tractament de la hipertensi\u00f3 arterial<\/strong>\u00a0(HTA).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ev-C7h_31Lz16Y-unsplash.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-47890\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/ev-C7h_31Lz16Y-unsplash-1024x675.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"409\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que la <strong>prescripci\u00f3 de l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong> en pacients hipertensos ha de ser <strong>guiada pel personal sanitari<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed s&#8217;aconseguir\u00e0 adaptar la intensitat, freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i durada a les <strong>caracter\u00edstiques de cada pacient<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>L&#8217;exercici ha de ser regular<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>L&#8217;ideal seria fer <strong>exercici cada dia<\/strong>, per\u00f2 amb una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia <strong>de 3 a 5 dies per setmana ja es redueix de forma efectiva la pressi\u00f3 arterial<\/strong>. Les sessions han de consistir en una fase d&#8217;<strong>escalfament d&#8217;entre 10 i 15 minuts<\/strong>, seguits d&#8217;una d&#8217;<strong>exercici aer\u00f2bic<\/strong>. Exemples en podrien ser <strong>caminar, nedar o anar en bicicleta<\/strong>. Finalment, tamb\u00e9 es recomana fer uns <strong>5 a 10 minuts de reducci\u00f3 progressiva<\/strong> de l&#8217;esfor\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Exercici-f\u00edsic-5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-48369\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Exercici-f\u00edsic-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Si b\u00e9 al comen\u00e7ament les sessions han de ser d&#8217;una durada m\u00e9s curta, han d&#8217;anar <strong>augmentant progressivament fins a una durada de 45 a 60 minuts<\/strong>. La <strong>intensitat i la c\u00e0rrega<\/strong> de temps concreta han de ser <strong>consultades amb un metge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"box info\"><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com calcular la FCM?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cal recordar que la <strong>freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca m\u00e0xima<\/strong> (FCM) es calcula <strong>restant l&#8217;edat de 220<\/strong>. Durant l&#8217;entrenament, <strong>la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia ha d&#8217;oscil\u00b7lar entre el 60 i el 90% de la FCM<\/strong>.
