Almarza va estar acompanyada de Marta Alcalde, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_36921\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-36921\" style=\"width: 1181px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/F\u00f2rum1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36921 size-full\" title=\"La directora general d'IQVIA Espanya, Concha Almarza, durant el F\u00f2rum Dermoexpert. \" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/F\u00f2rum1.jpg\" alt=\"La directora general d'IQVIA Espanya, Concha Almarza, durant el F\u00f2rum Dermoexpert. \" width=\"1181\" height=\"788\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-36921\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">La directora general d&#8217;IQVIA Espanya, Concha Almarza, durant el F\u00f2rum Dermoexpert.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Context general actual de la farm\u00e0cia<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Per comen\u00e7ar, Almarza va explicar que <strong>l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del sector farmac\u00e8utic<\/strong> est\u00e0 <strong>directament relacionada amb el desenvolupament de l&#8217;economia<\/strong> i va posar damunt la taula una cronologia amb les diverses mesures de contenci\u00f3 de despeses desenvolupades els \u00faltims anys a trav\u00e9s de diversos <strong>Reials Decrets<\/strong>, que <strong>han canviat les regles del joc de la farm\u00e0cia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 va comentar algunes xifres destacades com ara que el mercat de la farm\u00e0cia va mantenir durant el 2017 un creixement positiu del 0,7%, per\u00f2 va perdre un -0,9% de volum. Aix\u00ed mateix, va exposar que l&#8217;any 2017 els gen\u00e8rics van perdre penetraci\u00f3 al mercat i van cr\u00e9ixer per sota de les marques.<br \/>\n<div class=\"box shadow\"><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Situaci\u00f3 del <em>Consumer Health<\/em> al mercat<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>El mercat de <em>Consumer Health<\/em> s&#8217;estructura en 4 \u00e0rees principals: OTC (&#8220;de venda lliure&#8221; o &#8220;de taulell&#8221;), Cura Personal, Cura del Pacient i nutrici\u00f3. La directora general d&#8217;IQVIA a Espanya va explicar que durant el 2017 <strong>tots els segments del mercat de <em>Consumer Health<\/em> van mostrar creixements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El segment OTC \u00e9s el que aporta m\u00e9s al creixement del mercat de <em>Consumer Health<\/em>, seguit de Cura Personal i Cura del Pacient. Dins d&#8217;OTC, els productes de consum (no medicaments) concentren un 51% del valor del segment. \u00c9s aquest grup de productes el que mostra millors creixements interanuals durant tot el 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, va destacar que el mercat de <em>Consumer Health<\/em> va experimentar un estacament tant pel que fa al volum com pel que fa als valors, fins al punt de decr\u00e9ixer l&#8217;agost del 2017 respecte al mateix mes de l&#8217;any anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats de les an\u00e0lisis evidencien que la hip\u00f2tesi m\u00e9s plausible de l&#8217;estancament \u00e9s una <strong>reducci\u00f3 en la innovaci\u00f3<\/strong>. L&#8217;any 2017 <strong>els nous llan\u00e7aments (principalment extensions de l\u00ednia) no van compensar la caiguda en vendes de productes llen\u00e7ats al mercat anteriorment<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Tres eixos d&#8217;evoluci\u00f3: mercat, farm\u00e0cia i consumidor<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>El mercat<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Els principals laboratoris que competeixen en el mercat de <em>Consumer Health<\/em> estan presents en altres canals i mercats. Dins el sector de la dermocosm\u00e8tica conviuen les grans corporacions molt enfocades a la dermatologia cosm\u00e8tica amb petites\/mitjanes empreses especialitzades. En aquests \u00faltims anys hem presenciat un gran nombre de fusions i adquisicions de companyies.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest mercat i, en particular, de la dermatologia han generat diverses din\u00e0miques que han perm\u00e8s a les marques destacar-hi. Es tracta de la <strong>innovaci\u00f3 en el producte<\/strong> i <strong>la innovaci\u00f3 en comunicaci\u00f3 i publicitat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Almarza va apuntar que el consumidor, per norma general, mostra un inter\u00e8s major per les novetats que per les repeticions o els productes ja existents. Una palanca alternativa o addicional \u00e9s la <strong>credibilitat cient\u00edfica<\/strong> que s\u2019utilitza tamb\u00e9 com a avantatge competitiu.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adhesi\u00f3 a la <strong>recomanaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica i farmac\u00e8utica<\/strong> \u00e9s clau per forjar una imatge que ressalti aquesta caracter\u00edstica davant dels competidors. Les farm\u00e0cies tenen al seu abast al voltant de 8.000 refer\u00e8ncies que se seleccionen entre les disponibles al mercat. L&#8217;inter\u00e8s de la farm\u00e0cia pel sector de <em>Consumer Health<\/em> ha estat un dels motors per tal de minimitzar la p\u00e8rdua de negoci dels \u00faltims anys. Precisament, aquest treball actiu dels productes d&#8217;autocura \u00e9s indicador de l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de la farm\u00e0cia des d&#8217;un model tradicional a un d&#8217;alt rendiment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>El consumidor i les noves oportunitats<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Almarza va destacar que a difer\u00e8ncia d&#8217;altres mercats, el de <strong><em>Consumer Health<\/em> posa el consumidor al model de decisi\u00f3<\/strong>. En aquest sentit, <strong>l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 del consumidor pren especial rellev\u00e0ncia, ja que condiciona el desenvolupament de noves necessitats del mercat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Addicionalment, el consumidor refor\u00e7a la seva import\u00e0ncia amb l&#8217;\u00fas i el desenvolupament de les noves tecnologies en l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 de medicina curativa a medicina preventiva, medicina personalitzada i medicina monitoritzada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les noves tecnologies milloraran els h\u00e0bits de vida dels usuaris<\/strong> (menjar m\u00e9s sa, dormir millor i fer un exercici m\u00e9s efectiu), permetran fer un seguiment del pacient m\u00e9s prec\u00eds i menys invasiu, milloraran l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a la informaci\u00f3 dels serveis m\u00e8dics, la participaci\u00f3 en els assajos cl\u00ednics, entre altres.<\/p>\n<p>Per tot plegat, segons va explicar la directora general d&#8217;IQVIA Espanya, resulta clau con\u00e8ixer el perfil i les tend\u00e8ncies dels consumidors que estan cada vegada m\u00e9s informats. Aix\u00f2 marcar\u00e0 el mercat i les categories del futur. Cal tenir present que <strong>la poblaci\u00f3 mundial no nom\u00e9s creixer\u00e0 sin\u00f3 que seguir\u00e0 envellint<\/strong>. Aquest envelliment provocar\u00e0 el desenvolupament i l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de certes categories: nutrici\u00f3 enteral, mem\u00f2ria, Omega 3, incontin\u00e8ncia i <em>Vitamines S\u00e8nior<\/em>. Per aix\u00f2, la farm\u00e0cia ha d&#8217;aprofitar l&#8217;oportunitat per a treballar-les.<\/p>\n<p>Altres \u00e0mbits on la farm\u00e0cia pot especialitzar-se clients serien: l&#8217;auge de l&#8217;esportista &#8220;casual&#8221; i els nous estils de vida (que han impulsat la creaci\u00f3 de categories paraig\u00fces al sector), la fidelitzaci\u00f3 de futures mares (vitamines i suplements alimentaris, caiguda del cabell, recuperaci\u00f3 de la l\u00ednia, etc.) \u00a0els consumidors que tenen mals h\u00e0bits (control del tabaquisme, obesitat, estr\u00e8s, etc.) o els consumidors que prevenen (rejoveniment, digesti\u00f3, constipat i grip, etc.).<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Aposta per la innovaci\u00f3 i adaptaci\u00f3 a les noves tend\u00e8ncies<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Marta Alcalde, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB va fer una valoraci\u00f3 molt positiva de la sessi\u00f3. &#8220;Durant aquesta segona edici\u00f3 del F\u00f2rum Dermoexpert <strong>es van analitzar en profunditat les dades de consum de les diferents categories de productes durant l&#8217;\u00faltim any<\/strong> i es van veure les diferents tend\u00e8ncies i com ha anat evolucionant el mercat de la dermocosm\u00e8tica&#8221;.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_36923\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-36923\" style=\"width: 1181px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Marta-Alcalde.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-36923 size-full\" title=\"Marta Alcalde, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB durant la sessi\u00f3.\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Marta-Alcalde.jpg\" alt=\"Marta Alcalde, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB durant la sessi\u00f3.\" width=\"1181\" height=\"788\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-36923\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Marta Alcalde, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB durant la sessi\u00f3.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Alcalde va destacar que al f\u00f2rum es va valorar &#8220;<strong>com ha sigut fins ara l&#8217;aposta per la innovaci\u00f3 de les diferents marques i laboratoris i com s&#8217;han adaptat a les noves tend\u00e8ncies dels consumidors. Aquest fet ha incrementat el creixement de tot aquest sector en els \u00faltims anys<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, segons la vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris, la tend\u00e8ncia de creixement &#8220;s&#8217;ha frenat una mica&#8221;. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que considera que si des de la farm\u00e0cia es vol revertir aquesta din\u00e0mica, <strong>\u201ccal que apostar per la diferenciaci\u00f3 i per buscar el p\u00fablic objectiu.
