Aquesta sisena edici\u00f3 de Plenufar, tracta de donar resposta als milions d&#8217;espanyols que cada dia realitzen algun tipus d&#8217;activitat o exercici f\u00edsic, oferint assessorament a aquest grup de poblaci\u00f3 per dur a terme una adequada alimentaci\u00f3 concorde a les seves necessitats.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, <b>la inactivitat f\u00edsica s&#8217;ha convertit ja en el quart factor de risc de tota causa de mort<\/b>, per aix\u00f2 des del Consejo recorden que cal insistir en els beneficis de realitzar algun tipus d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, sense oblidar la necessitat d&#8217;una correcta alimentaci\u00f3, per exemple, per prevenir lesions o manques nutricionals i per millorar el rendiment f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.portalfarma.com\/Profesionales\/campanaspf\/categorias\/Paginas\/Plenufar-6.aspx#materiales\">Informaci\u00f3 sobre la campanya i materials disponibles al web del Consejo.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Farm\u00e0cies comunit\u00e0ries de L&#8217;Hospitalet<\/strong>\u00a0participen aquesta tarda en els <strong>talles d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables i accions que promouen l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica<\/strong> com a font de salut que organitza la ciutat amb motiu dels dos dies mundials. Volen demostrar que l\u2019atenci\u00f3 farmac\u00e8utica a esportistes, mitjan\u00e7ant un consell alimentari i consum de complements alimentosos des de la farm\u00e0cia, ajuda a millorar la condici\u00f3 f\u00edsica, la recuperaci\u00f3 de lesions i, en general, millora la salut dels esportistes. Podeu saber m\u00e9s sobre ells a Twitter, seguint el <b>hashtag\u00a0 #esportfarma.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Amb motiu del Dia Mundial de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica recorden la<strong> import\u00e0ncia de la hidrataci\u00f3 per als esportistes<\/strong>. Les recomanacions s\u2019han dividit en tres apartats: abans de fer exercici f\u00edsic s\u2019aconsella comen\u00e7ar a beure 2-3h abans i evitar fer-ho els 30 minuts previs a la competici\u00f3; mentre dura l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic, \u00e9s important anar alternant l\u2019aigua amb sals minerals i carbohidrats, excloent les begudes amb gas o alcohol i sucs de fruita naturals; i un cop ha finalitzat, es recomana rehidratar-se amb diferents l\u00edquids, entre els quals es troben aigua, carbohidrats, sals minerals i sucs de fruita naturals. <b><br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<div class=\"custom-divider\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><b>Dia Mundial de la Salut: parlem de la depressi\u00f3<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_29138\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29138\" style=\"width: 260px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Europe_clinic_es-CARTELL1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-29138 \" title=\"6 i 7 d\u2019abril: dies mundials de l\u2019Activitat F\u00edsica i la Salut\" alt=\"Europe_clinic_es CARTELL\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/Europe_clinic_es-CARTELL1-716x1024.jpg\" width=\"260\" height=\"372\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-29138\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">P\u00f2ster oficial de la campanya de l&#8217;OMS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El <a href=\"http:\/\/www.who.int\/campaigns\/world-health-day\/2017\/es\/\">Dia Mundial de la Salut,<\/a> que se celebra el 7 d&#8217;abril de cada any per commemorar l&#8217;aniversari de la fundaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;OMS, ofereix una oportunitat \u00fanica per mobilitzar l&#8217;acci\u00f3 entorn d&#8217;un tema de salut espec\u00edfic que preocupi a les persones de tot el m\u00f3n. <b>El tema de la campanya d\u2019enguany \u00e9s la depressi\u00f3.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Segons indica l\u2019OMS, la depressi\u00f3 afecta a persones de totes les edats i condicions socials i de tots els pa\u00efsos. <b>M\u00e9s de 300 milions de persones a tot el m\u00f3n viuen amb depressi\u00f3<\/b>, pel que demanen m\u00e9s inversi\u00f3 als diferents pa\u00efsos per combatre una malaltia que ha augmentat m\u00e9s d&#8217;un 18% entre 2005 i 2015.<\/p>\n<p>La depressi\u00f3 provoca angoixa mental i afecta a la capacitat de les persones per dur a terme fins i tot les tasques quotidianes m\u00e9s simples, la qual cosa t\u00e9 en ocasions efectes nefasts sobre les relacions amb la fam\u00edlia i els amics i sobre la capacitat de guanyar-se la vida.
