Madrid, setembre, 2016).<\/p>\n<p>La Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia, model de <b>dieta equilibrada, es caracteritza per una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable que inclou l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica de forma regular<\/b> i que, en conjunt, s\u2019associa a una menor mortalitat, a una protecci\u00f3 davant de malalties cardiovasculars, diabetis, exc\u00e9s de pes i obesitat.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_25347\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-25347\" style=\"width: 396px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grafic1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-25347 \" alt=\"grafic1\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/grafic1.jpg\" width=\"396\" height=\"282\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-25347\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Pir\u00e0mide de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Actualment per\u00f2, l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 dels espanyols difereix d\u2019aquests patrons diet\u00e8tics (veure imatge<em> Pir\u00e0mide de la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia<\/em>). La poblaci\u00f3 jove, cada cop m\u00e9s occidentalitzada -i allunyada del patr\u00f3 alimentari tradicional- inclou m\u00e9s sedentarisme a l\u2019activitat di\u00e0ria, els aven\u00e7os en tecnologia ens allunyen de l\u2019exercici f\u00edsic i de la socialitzaci\u00f3 en els \u00e0pats. <strong>Coneixem les claus de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable i no la posem en pr\u00e0ctica<\/strong>, segons IMOP-Berb\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un 37% dels enquestats milloraria la seva nutrici\u00f3 consumin m\u00e9s fruita i verdures, un 19% milloraria la seva alimentaci\u00f3 adoptant una dieta m\u00e9s completa i variada i un 17% establiria uns horaris fixes dels \u00e0pats.<\/li>\n<li>Tamb\u00e9 destaquen les opcions de menjar menys sucre (9%), consumir m\u00e9s peix (8%) o reduir el consum de greixos (7%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En un altre estudi que fa la Fundaci\u00f3 Espanyola del Cor (FEC- <em>Enquesta mites i errors en l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 de la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola<\/em>) queda patent que<strong> la poblaci\u00f3 coneix la informaci\u00f3 per\u00f2 al final no compleix les recomanacions<\/strong>: el 80% sap que la principal font d\u2019omega 3 \u00e9s el peix i el 47% sap que l\u2019omega 3 est\u00e0 relacionat amb beneficis sobre el sistema cardiovascular. L\u2019opini\u00f3 d\u2019un de cada cinc enquestats \u00e9s un suspens en la seva dieta.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Enquesta Nacional d\u2019Ingesta Diet\u00e8tica (ENIDE, 2011) fa tamb\u00e9 una avaluaci\u00f3 nutricional de la dieta espanyola i recull la nostra adher\u00e8ncia a la Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia amb els seg\u00fcents resultats (ENIDE 2011, poblaci\u00f3 entre 18-64 anys).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008080;\"><strong>Com anem de&#8230;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Energia<\/span>. El balan\u00e7 d\u2019energia en la poblaci\u00f3 \u00e9s positiu<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, ingerim m\u00e9s energia de la que gastem degut a un baix nivell d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Greix<\/span>. La ingesta de greixos en pr\u00e0cticament el 100% de la poblaci\u00f3 est\u00e0 per sobre del 35% de les calories totals establertes per la Societat Espanyola de Nutrici\u00f3 Comunit\u00e0ria<\/strong> (SENC 2001). Superem la quantitat d\u2019\u00e0cids grassos saturats (&gt;10%), pel consum en exc\u00e9s de carn i productes derivats processats amb alt contingut de greix. Gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019ingesta d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i el consum moderat de peix els percentatges d\u2019\u00e0cids grassos monoinsaturats i poliinsaturats s\u2019aproximen als recomanats. Les dietes riques en greixos estan associades a un augment en el risc de patir malalties cardiovasculars, obesitat i sobrep\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Hidrats de carboni.<\/span> El consum d&#8217;hidrats de carboni, segons l\u2019enquesta ENIDE, es troben en un 36-45% de la IDR <\/strong>(ingesta di\u00e0ria recomanada)<strong>\u00a0per la poblaci\u00f3 espanyola<\/strong>. El document de consens de la SENC (2001) recomana que la proporci\u00f3 d\u2019hidrats de carboni se situ\u00ef per sobre del 50% de la ingesta di\u00e0ria recomanada. Dietes altes en hidrats de carboni i baixes en greixos milloren el risc de patir malalties cr\u00f2niques (EFSA 2010).<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Prote\u00efnes.<\/span> La prote\u00efna es troba entre valors del 17-18% per sobre del 15% recomanat segons la SENC<\/strong> (2001). La font \u00e9s de carn, ous, peix i l\u00e0ctics, i per tant, \u00e9s prote\u00efna d\u2019alta qualitat.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Fibra.<\/span> La ingesta de fibra diet\u00e8tica<\/strong>, de la que s\u2019aconsella un consum diari de 25 g o superior per a tenir una correcta funcionalitat de l\u2019intest\u00ed, <strong>es troba al voltant dels 17-21 g\/dia<\/strong>. La causa \u00e9s la baixa ingesta de llegums, fruites, verdures i cereals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"box shadow\">Podem recuperar la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia? <b>Cal que prenguem consci\u00e8ncia que una millora en la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s una millora en la nostra qualitat de vida i en la nostra salut a curt i a llarg termini<\/b>.
