Tot l&#8217;organisme es readapta i necessitem m\u00e9s energia. Cada \u00e8poca de l\u2019any t\u00e9 aliments espec\u00edfics que aporten els nutrients necessaris d&#8217;una manera variada i adequada a l&#8217;estaci\u00f3. No obstant, aix\u00f2, hem de tenir en compte que amb una dieta restrictiva segurament no cobrirem totes les necessitats de vitamines i minerals que requereix aquesta etapa de l&#8217;any, i <b>\u00e9s possible que ens convingui prendre un suplement.<\/b> <b>Aquests suplements, per\u00f2, mai no han de ser el substitut d&#8217;una dieta sana, ordenada i equilibrada<\/b>, que \u00e9s la base d&#8217;una bona salut i del benestar tant f\u00edsic com mental, i que \u00e9s especialment important per mantenir la nostra energia en nivells alts en aquesta \u00e8poca de l&#8217;any.<\/p>\n<p><b><div class=\"box shadow\"><\/b><strong>El canvi estacional i tornar a la rutina de la feina et fan sentir una mica cansat i estressat?<\/strong> Conv\u00e9 incloure en la nostra dieta aliments com pasta, arr\u00f2s, llegums o patates que aporten energia i s\u00f3n pobres en greixos. Tampoc no han de faltar les vitamines i els minerals, i recordar que l&#8217;estr\u00e8s pot fer que en perdem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/aliments-i-energia-extra-tardor-recomanacions.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-24797 aligncenter\" title=\"aliments-i-energia-extra-tardor-recomanacions\" alt=\"aliments-i-energia-extra-tardor-recomanacions\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/aliments-i-energia-extra-tardor-recomanacions.jpg\" width=\"596\" height=\"294\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Per\u00f2&#8230; qu\u00e8 podem considerar una dieta sana?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Una dieta sana ha de comptar amb <b>productes com els llegums, els cereals, la carn, el peix, els ous, els lactis, les fruites i verdures,<\/b> dels quals obtenim de forma natural els minerals, les vitamines, les prote\u00efnes&#8230; i tot el que el nostre organisme necessita per a un bon funcionament a ple rendiment. Una dieta equilibrada ha de ser satisfact\u00f2ria i elaborada en funci\u00f3 dels h\u00e0bits i la gastronomia de la zona. <b>Hidrats de carboni, prote\u00efnes, grasses, vitamines i minerals s\u00f3n nutrients que han d\u2019estar, junt amb l&#8217;aigua<\/b>, presents a la dieta.<\/div><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu\u00e8 aconsella el farmac\u00e8utic?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Combinar una dieta saludable rica en fruites i verdures amb exercici f\u00edsic<\/b> ens ajuda a preparar-nos per a l&#8217;hivern.<\/li>\n<li><b>La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia \u00e9s un model alimentari saludable<\/b> que no exclou <b>suplements en vitamines o minerals <\/b>quan l&#8217;organisme els necessita.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9s <b>preferible consumir un multivitam\u00ednic <\/b>que no pas preparats que continguin dosis elevades d&#8217;una sola vitamina.
