{"id":18992,"date":"2016-01-28T15:06:24","date_gmt":"2016-01-28T14:06:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/?p=18992"},"modified":"2016-01-28T15:06:24","modified_gmt":"2016-01-28T14:06:24","slug":"els-farmaceutics-cobren-la-factura-dels-medicaments-dispensats-a-loctubre-i-un-27-de-la-del-novembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cofb.org\/ca\/2016\/01\/28\/els-farmaceutics-cobren-la-factura-dels-medicaments-dispensats-a-loctubre-i-un-27-de-la-del-novembre\/","title":{"rendered":"Els farmac\u00e8utics cobren la factura dels medicaments dispensats a l&#8217;octubre i un 27% de la del novembre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/medicaments.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-18995\" alt=\"medicaments\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/medicaments-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"298\" height=\"198\" \/><\/a><\/b><b>Les farm\u00e0cies catalanes han rebut avui,<\/b> 28 de gener, el <b>sobrant del Fons de Liquiditat Auton\u00f2mic (FLA) Extraordinari (150M\u20ac) que esperaven des de finals d\u2019any. <\/b>Amb aquest pagament s\u2019ha pogut cobrir la <b>factura dels medicaments dispensats a l\u2019octubre (117,8M\u20ac),<\/b> que s\u2019hauria d\u2019haver fet efectiva el 5 de desembre; i un <b>27% de la de novembre<\/b>, que en total ascendeix a<b> 114,8M\u20ac<\/b> i s\u2019hauria d\u2019haver pagat el 5 de gener.<\/p>\n<p><b>Si el proper 5 de febrer no es paga la factura de desembre, es tornaran a acumular gaireb\u00e9 dos mesos de deute <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00f2, el problema no est\u00e0 resolt, doncs <b>si proper 5 de febrer <\/b>\u2013dia de pagament que marca el Concert- <b>la Generalitat no abona la factura dels medicaments dispensats al desembre (119,5M\u20ac), aquesta se sumar\u00e0 al 73% pendent de la del novembre i s\u2019acumular\u00e0 un deute de m\u00e9s de 200M\u20ac<\/b>. Davant aquesta situaci\u00f3, els representants dels farmac\u00e8utics ja s\u2019han posat en contacte amb el nou Executiu per tal de trobar solucions i<b> prendre mesures perqu\u00e8 aquesta situaci\u00f3 que ha afectat a tot el sector sanitari deixi de ser un problema cr\u00f2nic <\/b>\u2013s\u2019arrossega des de fa m\u00e9s de 4 anys-. Aquestes mesures passen per l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de pressupostos realistes per cobrir les necessitats existents, per un finan\u00e7ament suficient per fer-hi front i per un calendari estable de pagaments per al 2016.<\/p>\n<p><b>Com va acabar el 2015?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El 17 de desembre de 2015 les farm\u00e0cies catalanes van cobrar 213M\u20ac a trav\u00e9s del FLA Extraordinari, corresponents als mesos d\u2019agost i setembre.
