I alguns quilos de m\u00e9s&#8230; afegir\u00edem a la dita. Per Nadal i Cap d\u2019Any apleguem la fam\u00edlia i els amics en celebracions d\u2019\u00e0pats amb sobretaules interminables on els excessos s\u00f3n el m\u00e9s habitual. Aquestes dates s\u2019han de gaudir com cal, com excepcions que s\u00f3n, per aix\u00ed entendre i diferenciar el patr\u00f3 alimentari prudent del dia a dia.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Com podem<\/strong> <b>compensar els nostres excessos nadalencs<\/b><strong>?<\/strong> Una bona opci\u00f3 seria seguir una dieta suau composada per fruita, verdura, llegums i cereals i de forma moderada carns blanques, ous i peix juntament amb fruits secs i oli d\u2019oliva verge. Els sucs de verdures (api, fonoll, espinacs), sorbets de pinya \u00f3 kiwi, tes verds i brous de verdures sense greix ens poden ajudar a depurar el nostre organisme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com podem<\/strong> <b>prevenir els afartaments<\/b><strong>?<\/strong> De fet, \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil evitar els excessos que perdre els quilos guanyats per Nadal. Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s \u00fatil ingerir mig litre de beguda isot\u00f2nica i una pe\u00e7a de fruita 30 minuts abans de cada menjada. O, de manera alternativa, un altre consell seria prendre a casa un aperitiu, que consisteix en menjar aliments baixos en calories, perqu\u00e8 el cos tingui temps de segregar l&#8217;est\u00edmul de la sacietat i aix\u00ed arribar al menjar principal amb menys gana. Un suggeriment d\u2019aperitiu seria una tassa de iogurt natural amb un pl\u00e0tan a rodanxes; les prote\u00efnes del iogurt alenteixen el buidatge de l\u2019est\u00f3mac i el potassi que cont\u00e9 el pl\u00e0tan equilibra la concentraci\u00f3 de sal per aquells que els agrada picar olives, patates fregides \u00f3 fruits secs salats durant les celebracions. Un error freq\u00fcent \u00e9s ometre \u00e0pats el dia dels esdeveniments.<\/p>\n<p><b>Per als menuts de casa<\/b> suggerim que el menjar i berenar dels dies de Nadal i Cap d\u2019Any sigui poc abundant perqu\u00e8 tinguin gana a l&#8217;hora de sopar, i podem pactar amb ells un l\u00edmit de dol\u00e7os. Altres consells serien pelar els grans de ra\u00efm i treure-li les llavors, servir olives sense pinyol i no tenir fruit secs a l\u2019abast de nens de menys de 2-3 anys pel risc d\u2019ennuegaments. Recordeu que als nens els fascina ser petits \u201cxefs\u201d de cuina i ajudar en els preparatius de la taula. Compteu amb ells! La <strong>camamilla<\/strong> que t\u00e9 acci\u00f3 digestiva combina molt b\u00e9 quant a gust i efectes amb les plantes que ajuden a eliminar els gasos (carminatives) com el fonoll, l&#8217;an\u00eds o el com\u00ed de prat.
