Qu\u00e8 pot oferir a l\u2019usuari? Quines s\u00f3n les tend\u00e8ncies del sector a dia d\u2019avui i a mig termini? El 3 de novembre la confer\u00e8ncia \u201c<b>Darreres tend\u00e8ncies del sector de la cosm\u00e8tica a la farm\u00e0cia<\/b>\u201d va analitzar i mirar de donar resposta a aquestes q\u00fcestions.<\/p>\n<p>Donada la import\u00e0ncia que el consumidor d\u00f3na a la salut, <strong>la farm\u00e0cia ha anat progressivament ocupant un paper m\u00e9s rellevant pel que fa a l&#8217;oferta de productes de dermocosm\u00e8tica<\/strong>.\u00a0Al 2007 el canal farm\u00e0cia tenia el 10% del mercat de cosm\u00e8tica i al 2015 ja arriba al 21% (per les p\u00e8rdues del canal gran consum i selectiu). El canal farm\u00e0cia, a diferencia dels altres, no ha patit una bombolla distributiva, \u00e9s a dir, un exc\u00e9s de punts de venta, gr\u00e0cies a la seva regulaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 s\u2019ha identificat que un 10% de les farm\u00e0cies mouen el 80% del mercat, destacant unes 2.100 farm\u00e0cies ultradin\u00e0miques.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_17838\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-17838\" style=\"width: 298px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/tendencies-sector-dermocosmetica-6.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-17838  \" alt=\"tendencies-sector-dermocosmetica (6)\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/tendencies-sector-dermocosmetica-6.jpg\" width=\"298\" height=\"199\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-17838\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">N\u00faria Bosch, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<div class=\"box shadow\"><b style=\"color: #888888;\">Qu\u00e8 busca el consumidor de cosm\u00e8tica a la farm\u00e0cia? Valor afegit del producte i consell professional, efic\u00e0cia, resultats, salut i benestar.<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\n\u201cEl consumidor actualment \u00e9s exigent i expert, est\u00e0 preocupat per envellir de forma sana i, per tant, el <b>farmac\u00e8utic, gr\u00e0cies a una bona formaci\u00f3, pot aportar molt<\/b>\u201d explica <b>N\u00faria Bosch, vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del COFB<\/b> i moderadora de la confer\u00e8ncia, i afegeix: \u201cla farm\u00e0cia disposa d&#8217;una <b>identitat pr\u00f2pia <\/b>que el posiciona favorablement per\u00f2 \u00e9s important <b>potenciar- la\u00a0 i mantenir-la<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la<b> cosmetovigil\u00e0ncia <\/b>(activitat destinada a la recollida, avaluaci\u00f3 i seguiment de la informaci\u00f3 sobre els efectes no desitjats observats com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de l&#8217;\u00fas normal o raonablement previsible dels productes cosm\u00e8tics), la farm\u00e0cia t\u00e9 un comprom\u00eds amb l&#8217;usuari que entra a la farm\u00e0cia per necessitat. Comillas (Madrid), i responsable de l\u2019\u00c0rea de Coneixement de Mercat per al sector de Perfumeria i Cosm\u00e8tica i de l\u2019\u00c0rea de Formaci\u00f3 d&#8217;STANPA, i de <b>Cristina Tiemblo<\/b>, vocal nacional de Dermofarm\u00e0cia i Productes Sanitaris del Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Farmac\u00e9uticos.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<div class=\"box shadow\">Quarta edici\u00f3 de la Convenci\u00f3 Internacional de L\u00edders de Farm\u00e0cia de L\u2019Or\u00e8al<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nDel 30 de setembre al 2 d\u2019octubre Barcelona va acollir la quarta edici\u00f3 del Global Summit of Pharmacy Leaders que organitza L&#8217;Oreal Cosm\u00e9tica Activa amb el t\u00edtol \u201c<b><i>Fidelitzar clients en l\u2019era digital<\/i><\/b>\u201d, \u00a0a la qual van assistir m\u00e9s de 300 farmac\u00e8utics de 23 pa\u00efsos. La vocal de Dermofarm\u00e0cia del COFB, N\u00faria Bosch, va estar present i resumeix els conceptes claus d&#8217;aquesta convenci\u00f3:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bellesa i gesti\u00f3 de la salut: els usuaris necessiten ajuda per gestionar el seu capital de salut i de bellesa.<\/li>\n<li>Augmenta la preocupaci\u00f3 per estar sa i la bellesa es considera un reflex de la salut.<\/li>\n<li>Disminueix la despesa p\u00fablica i augmenta la inversi\u00f3 personal en salut.<\/li>\n<li>El farmac\u00e8utic t\u00e9 un paper fonamental com a consultor de salut i bellesa.<\/li>\n<li>Punts forts del farmac\u00e8utic: proximitat, confian\u00e7a, formaci\u00f3, privadesa.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;usuari busca productes naturals i tecnologia per\u00f2 requereix un consell professional.<\/li>\n<li>La farm\u00e0cia t\u00e9 tots els factors per convertir-se en la destinaci\u00f3 predilecta de cures de la pell, on trobar un assessorament personalitzat professional.<\/li>\n<li>Import\u00e0ncia de centrar-se en el pacient, cada dia est\u00e0 m\u00e9s informat i vol un servei de qualitat.<\/li>\n<li>Import\u00e0ncia de la formaci\u00f3: \u00e9s clau per assegurar un servei de qualitat, formaci\u00f3 en tipus de pell, diagn\u00f2stic, serveis, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Donar valor als productes, conceptes a destacar: seguretat, recerca, principis actius, f\u00f3rmules, estudis cl\u00ednics\u2026.<\/li>\n<li>La import\u00e0ncia de la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre laboratori i farm\u00e0cia per desenvolupar la dermofarm\u00e0cia dins de la farm\u00e0cia: formaci\u00f3, assessorament&#8230; Saber aprofitar les eines que el laboratori posa a la disposici\u00f3 de la farm\u00e0cia.<b><\/div><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"right\"><b>Amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de:<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\"><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stanpa.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-17178 alignright\" alt=\"stanpa-logo\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.cofb.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/stanpa-logo.jpg\" width=\"298\" height=\"37\" \/><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"right\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com es pot diferenciar la farm\u00e0cia que aposta per la dermocosm\u00e8tica?
