Una dieta equilibrada ha de ser satisfact\u00f2ria i elaborada en funci\u00f3 dels h\u00e0bits, la gastronomia de la zona i la temporada. <b>Hidrats de carboni, prote\u00efnes, grasses, vitamines i minerals s\u00f3n nutrients que han d\u2019estar, junt amb l&#8217;aigua, presents a la dieta.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>El canvi estacional i tornar a la rutina de la feina ens fan sentir una mica cansats i estressats i poden ocasionar canvis en el nostre estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim. Conv\u00e9 incloure en la nostra dieta aliments com <b>pasta, arr\u00f2s, llegums o patates<\/b> que aporten energia i s\u00f3n pobres en greixos.
