Les podem trobar en forma de xarops, gotes, c\u00e0psules o infusions.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altres plantes com <b>l\u2019altea, la malva, el gel d\u2019\u00e0loe, la s\u00e0lvia, la menta, la mirra<\/b> i el <b>pr\u00f2poli <\/b>(que contenen els ingredients de les plantes que liben les abelles), en esprai o en tableta per dissoldre a la boca, alleugen les mol\u00e8sties de la gola inflamada i irritada.<\/p>\n<p>De la mateixa manera, els <b>olis essencials<\/b>, com els d\u2019eucaliptus, niaouli, esp\u00edgol, avet, <b>marduix <\/b>o <b>aladern de fulla ampla, <\/b>ajuden a descongestionar el nas.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s aconsellable tamb\u00e9 una dieta equilibrada, rica i variada en fruites i verdures, tant cuites com crues. La varietat en color aportar\u00e0 varietat en antioxidants, protectors de l\u2019organisme; les baies i fruits rojos rics en vitamina C i flavonoides, i les verdures grogues, taronges i les de fulles verdes riques en beta-carot\u00e8, antioxidant rellevant \u00a0en la immunitat<b><ins cite=\"mailto:Usuari\" datetime=\"2013-03-02T17:51\">\u00a0<\/ins><\/b>de pell i mucoses. I les fruites c\u00edtriques com la taronja i la mandarina, i el caqui, que arriben en el millor moment.<\/p>\n<p>Haur\u00edem de prioritzar alguns aliments com els <b>cereals integrals i les carns magres, <\/b>que aporten vitamina B i amino\u00e0cids per a construir els components del sistema immunol\u00f2gic, aix\u00ed com ferro i zinc, les defici\u00e8ncies dels quals poden deprimir aquest sistema de defenses.
