Podem recomanar des de la farm\u00e0cia alguns consells senzills per tractar d&#8217;evitar-ho? Com afecten els excessos alimentaris d&#8217;aquests dies en el risc de sofrir restrenyiment o diarrea, de forma ocasional? I en aquells pacients que ja sofreixen aquestes patologies de forma cr\u00f2nica?<\/p>\n<p>Diferents estudis indiquen que <strong>a causa d&#8217;un exc\u00e9s cal\u00f2ric en els aliments que ingerim al Nadal es pot arribar a engreixar de mitjana entre 0,8 i 1,5 quilos<\/strong>, en funci\u00f3 de com preparem aquests aliments i del consum de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques i refrescs ensucrats que fem. Si a aix\u00f2 li afegim un d\u00e8ficit d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic i sobretaules llargues que s&#8217;ocasionen en menjars amb fam\u00edlia i amics, tenim la resposta.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Quines recomanacions podem oferir des de la farm\u00e0cia sense perjudicar l&#8217;aspecte festiu de les festes?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>No anar als menjars amb gana excessiva<\/strong>: no acudir en dej\u00fa, perqu\u00e8 no serem conscients de la quantitat que mengem, i ho farem amb exc\u00e9s. Com el nostre sistema fisiol\u00f2gic de la sacietat \u00e9s hormonal i no nervi\u00f3s, si es menja r\u00e0pid, quan el nostre cervell rep el senyal de parar ja \u00e9s massa tard i hem menjat m\u00e9s del que necessitem realment per nodrir-nos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Menjar a poc a poc<\/strong>: \u00e9s aconsellable mastegar b\u00e9 els aliments abans d&#8217;empassar-los. Menjar amb ansietat sense adonar-nos de quina quantitat mengem, ens pot portar amb freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies indesitjables en el nostre tr\u00e0nsit intestinal en forma de males digestions o de diarrea.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Atenci\u00f3 amb les begudes<\/strong>: evitem un exc\u00e9s d&#8217;alcohol, pel seu elevat contingut en calories (1 gr. d&#8217;alcohol s\u00f3n 9 calories), aquestes s\u00f3n les anomenades calories buides doncs no aporten cap nutrient. No oblidem la import\u00e0ncia de beure aigua, no tan sols perqu\u00e8 el nostre cos est\u00e0 compost per un 60-70% d&#8217;aquest element, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es necessita per realitzar les funcions biol\u00f2giques, i perqu\u00e8 la seva aportaci\u00f3 cal\u00f2rica \u00e9s 0. L&#8217;aigua ens sadollar\u00e0 i per tant menjarem menys. En qualsevol trastorn org\u00e0nic com diarrea o restrenyiment ens ajudar\u00e0 a recuperar els nivells h\u00eddrics del nostre organisme, alhora que ens ajudar\u00e0 a eliminar toxines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tenir en compte les racions<\/strong>: \u00e9s recomanable la ingesta de racions prudents i repetir si volem m\u00e9s. Ens cenyirem m\u00e9s a la necessitat que a l&#8217;ansietat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tractar de compensar els excessos<\/strong>: si veiem que els excessos han estat importants, realitzar menjars baixos en greixos, utilitzant aliments vegetals tant frescs com cuinats, i utilitzant com a m\u00e8todes de cocci\u00f3 per als aliments la planxa i els bullits. Eliminarem la ingesta d&#8217;alcohol i de begudes ensucrades, tenint en compte que encara que siguin begudes light, alguna caloria aporten, per la qual cosa utilitzarem nom\u00e9s aigua.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Com tractar els canvis que poden apar\u00e8ixer en l&#8217;evacuaci\u00f3<\/strong>: \u00e9s f\u00e0cil que en aquests dies algunes persones puguin sofrir canvis en el seu sistema de deposici\u00f3. Si despr\u00e9s d&#8217;algun menjar d&#8217;aquesta dates, aparegu\u00e9s diarrea, es recomana utilitzar mesures de rehidrataci\u00f3 i dieta progressiva astringent amb aliments que regulin l&#8217;evacuaci\u00f3 i a poc a poc s&#8217;aniran introduint altres aliments a mesura que millorem en el problema.<br \/>\nSi la diarrea apareix en diversos membres de la fam\u00edlia, descartar que es tracti d&#8217;una intoxicaci\u00f3 aliment\u00e0ria i per tant una diarrea infecciosa, que es desenvolupen despr\u00e9s d&#8217;haver ingerit toxines bacterianes preformades en els aliments. Ha d&#8217;estimar-se la derivaci\u00f3 al metge per a la seva valoraci\u00f3.<br \/>\nSi per contra apareix restrenyiment, possiblement sigui a causa d&#8217;una dieta baixa en fibra, a no beure suficient aigua, i com no, a la falta d&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic pel sedentarisme que es produeix despr\u00e9s de les sobretaules festives.
